Angela Anderson

Director of Disposition & Procurement

Angela Anderson serves as the Director of Disposition and Procurement for the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority. She is responsible for managing all disposition programs including, but not limited to; annual auctions, Lot Next Door Program and affordable housing developer focused Requests for Proposals. She is also responsible for all procurement and contract administration matters for the agency. Ms. Anderson has over 20 years of experience in affordable housing and development, specializing in federal procurement, asset management and asset disposition. Her previous experience includes working at the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) serving in various roles including Asset and Operations Manager and Director of Procurement and Contracts where she was responsible for managing the disposition of hundreds of HANO properties and for the procurement and execution of multi-million dollar mixed finance development agreements to revitalize the five largest public housing developments in the city that provide over 4,000 mixed income housing units.

Angela received her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Computer Science from the Louisiana Scholars’ College at Northwestern State University. She earned her Master's Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
