The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) and New Orleans Redevelopment Unlimited (NORU) are requesting proposals from qualified and experienced individuals or firms to provide professional public relations and marketing services on its behalf. It is anticipated that one (1) or more contracts may be awarded pursuant to this Request for Proposals (RFP).

Proposal responses must be uploaded to an assigned shared folder and received no later than Friday, April 14, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. (CDT).
Responses must be submitted in the format outlined in the RFP under Submission Method on or before the due date and time. NORA will not consider responses submitted via facsimile or delivered after the deadline.
During the period between the issuance of this RFP and the proposal due date and time, oral interpretation of the requirements is not allowed and will not be discussed with prospective offerors. The deadline for receipt of questions is Monday, April 10, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. (CDT).
NORA will attempt to answer questions from respondents submitted in writing via email in advance of the due date and time. Responses to questions will be issued via addenda and posted on the NORA website at https://noraworks.org/opportunities/#solicitations.
