The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) and New Orleans Redevelopment Unlimited, Inc. (NORU) are requesting applications from developers seeking to purchase lots owned by NORA and request financing from NORU to support the redevelopment of those lots.
An informational meeting will be held online via Zoom, on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. (CDT). Respondents are encouraged to attend this meeting, during which time NORA staff will discuss the application process, review program requirements, and answer questions.
Applicants must submit their entire application electronically via a shared folder in Microsoft OneDrive, a cloud-based program. NORA will not accept hard copy submissions at this time.
All applications must be uploaded to the assigned shared folder no later than July 16, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (CDT).
