Construction Update: Upcoming Concrete Pour Activities
Due to forecasted inclement weather, the concrete pour previously scheduled for 1140 Kerlerec Street has been rescheduled to Monday, June 8, beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Upcoming Concrete Pours:

1140 Kerlerec Street – Grade Beams and Building Slab – Monday, June 8

1141 Esplanade Avenue – Courtyard and Generator Pad – Friday, June 12
The building slab pour at 1140 Kerlerec will require approximately 10 concrete trucks delivering a total of 100 cubic yards of concrete. The courtyard and generator pad pour at 1141 Esplanade will require approximately 6 concrete trucks.
All concrete trucks will enter the jobsite via Kerlerec Street from North Rampart Street. Deliveries will be staggered and coordinated efficiently to help minimize disruptions to the surrounding neighborhood.
