The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) requests qualifications from architects or engineers licensed in the state of Louisiana to provide an assessment of the former Six Flags/Jazz Land site as outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Proposal responses must be uploaded to an assigned shared folder and received no later than FRIDAY, MAY 17, 2024, AT 2:00 P.M. (CDT).
Responses must be submitted in the format outlined in the RFQ under SUBMISSION METHOD on or before the due date and time. NORA will not consider responses submitted after the deadline.
During the period between the issuance of this RFQ and the due date and time, oral interpretation of the requirements is not allowed and will not be discussed with prospective respondents. The deadline for receipt of questions is Monday, May 13, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. (CDT).
NORA will attempt to answer questions that are submitted in writing prior to the due date and time. Responses to questions will be issued via addenda and posted on the NORA website.
