The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) desires to obtain a firm to provide the auctioneering services necessary to dispose of some of its properties on an as needed basis. The services sought in this Request for Proposals (RFP) are intended to cover properties that exist in or that may come into NORA’s inventory. NORA is contemplating conducting one online auction per calendar year. However, NORA may also elect to conduct live auctions through the awarded contract. The services required are described more fully in Attachment A.

During the period between issuance of this RFP and the proposal due date, no oral interpretation of the RFP’s requirements will be given to any prospective offeror. The deadline for receipt of questions is Monday, May 20, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. (CDT).
NORA will reasonably attempt to answer questions submitted in advance. All questions and answers will be posted on NORA’s website at noraworks.org in the form of an addendum.
NORA will not accept responses submitted by fax. All responses must be received by NORA on or before the Submission Deadline. NORA will not consider responses delivered after the deadline.
All proposals must be uploaded to the assigned shared folder no later than TUESDAY, MAY 28, AT 2:00 P.M. (CDT).
SUBMISSION METHOD: Respondents must submit their entire proposal electronically via a shared folder in Microsoft OneDrive, a cloud-based program. NORA will not accept hard copy submissions at this time.

Your request must be sent via e-mail at the address indicated and submitted at least 24 hours prior to the submission deadline. In the body of the e-mail, include the name of the respondent (Organization and Primary Contact) and the corresponding email address to share the link. The electronic folder will be shared between only the e-mail provided and NORA; no other respondents will be allowed to see other proposals or related materials.
